Description: 
A hands-on Senior Project Engineer will need to perform implant and instrument design work. Will also participate on, and sometimes lead, teams through the design/development process.

Responsibilities: 
Detailing and modeling of implant and instrumentation designs utilizing the PRO E design software, development of prototypes for design verification and validation. Interface with clinical advisors for design and evaluation of new product. Manage and develop project plans and time lines. Working knowledge of design controls. Utilize knowledge of all aspects of the surgical procedure to develop innovative solutions to satisfy customer needs. Technical report writing.

Requirements: 
8+ years of product design experience in the medical device industry or equivalent. Familiarity with design controls with in a regulated industry. Self-starters capable to work independently and within a team. Parametric CAD design package experience, preferrably PRO E.

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US, SPONSORSHIP AND TRANSFER OF H-1B VISA NOT AVAILABLE.

Education: 
B.S. Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering, Masters preferred

Compensation: 
$82,000 to $98,000
